Exchanges and returns

At To The Bone Supplements, it is possible to return your online purchases within 14 days. During this period, you can return the order – or part of it – if possible.

If your purchase is not entirely to your liking, you can easily return your order using the model withdrawal form with the order number. You also have the option to revoke by other means, as long as you include your name, address and order number. You can download the model withdrawal form here. Return costs are at your own expense. All returns must comply with our return policy. When returning the entire order, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including return shipping costs, as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days. This 14-day period starts when you return the items, or indicate that you wish to return them.

What are your return conditions?

  • Used or already opened items cannot be returned.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and undamaged.
  • Use the original shipping box for returns.
  • The cooling-off period for returning products is 14 days from the next day after receipt.
  • After dissolving the purchase, it must be returned within 14 days.
  • To The Bone Supplements will charge shipping costs if an order is not received or not picked up at the pickup location. This is subject to the shipping costs charged to consumers by the shipping organization.
  • The return costs as well as the risk are at your own expense.


How can I exchange a product?

Want to exchange an unopened product for another within 14 days? You can do that with us. In that case, please contact our customer service department first at  so you can be sure your product is in stock to your liking. In order for the exchange process to be optimal, it is important that you provide the return shipment with (a copy of) the original packing slip. Write on this packing slip which product you would like to exchange for which product. The moment your product is returned, we will ship the item to be exchanged to you.

I received a damaged product. What do I do with this?

At To The Bone Supplements, we always do our best to package each product as carefully as possible. Unfortunately, it still happens in an occasional case that a product gets damaged. In this case, always contact our customer service immediately.

I have a complaint. Where can I go?

Our goal is for you to be satisfied with everything you buy from To The Bone Supplements. In the unlikely event that an item does not meet your expectations, something has gone wrong with the delivery or you have another complaint? If so, please contact us immediately. We are here for you to solve the problem as soon as possible.
